The Factory Match uses factory color specification when mixing our paint. We guarantee to match the factory showroom new color. Disclaimer - We cannot guarantee our paint will match used or non-showroom bikes due to aging, sun fade, and other deterioration of the paint. Cancelled Orders are subject to a 20% restocking/credit card fee. Returns Policy All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. You may return most new, unmounted items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. These items should be in their original packaging and have their serial number or UPC. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number should be easily visible on the outside of the returned package. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once you receive your RMA, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Enter your RMA # into the comments section with return reason. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Returns will not be accepted on items that are: Mounted or used Missing their serial number or UPC Special orders (returned at our discretion) Returned more then 30 days after delivery Returned without notification Shipping We meticulously package your newly painted parts so that it arrives free from defects. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. |
